Amy Vezzetti is the current Chief People Officer at Ro. Amy has also worked as an advisor at Vantage Point and as the Chief People Officer at Thrive Global.

Amy Vezzetti has dedicated their career to helping people in the workplace. Amy began their journey at Vantage Point, where they used virtual reality to train people on EQ-driven and soft skills that matter, beginning with tackling Workplace Anti-Sexual Harassment training.

From there, they became the first Chief People Officer at Thrive Global, where they helped build the team and culture to drive high-growth. In their time there, they more than doubled the size of the team and introduced mission-aligned and culture-building activities such as entry interviews, giving days and a feedback program to drive Compassionate Directness and cross-functional teamwork. Amy was also instrumental in spearheading the selection, design and move to new corporate headquarters in NYC and helped establish Thrive’s San Francisco presence for Product & Engineering.

Recognized as one of LinkedIns Top 50 start-ups in 2019, Thrive Global is Arianna Huffington’s media, technology and corporate services company focused on ending the stress and burnout epidemic by offering companies and individuals science-backed solutions to enhance well-being and drive sustainable performance.

Amy Vezzetti received their MA in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and their BS in Psychology from Western Michigan University.

Amy Vezzetti reports to Zachariah Reitano, CEO & Co-Founder. They are on a team with Aron Susman - CFO, Rob Schutz - Co-Founder & Chief Growth Officer, and Tzvi Doron - Chief Clinical Officer.
