Dan Shultz is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as Senior Engineering Manager at Ro since November 2021, Dan oversees a technical team focused on enhancing men's health offerings. Prior to this role, Dan held various engineering management positions at Stitch Fix from April 2016 to November 2021, improving team practices and driving client growth initiatives. Dan's career began with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Malone University and includes roles in software engineering and team leadership across companies such as DecisionDesk, Dynamic Code, OverDrive, and BrandMuscle.
