Gena Anderson currently serves as the Laboratory General and Technical Supervisor at Ro, starting in December 2023. Additionally, Gena has been engaged in Laboratory Compliance Consulting for various clinical laboratories since March 2020 and has volunteered as a CAP Inspector for the College of American Pathologists since February 2008. Previous roles include Sr Director of Laboratory Services at Worksite Labs from August 2021 to October 2023, Laboratory Manager at REPRODUCTIVE TECHNOLOGIES, INC. from May 2020 to August 2021, and Clinical Laboratory Scientist at BASS Medical Group from February 2019 to May 2020. Gena's experience in the medical field began as a Medical Laboratory Technician at Swedish Hospital and Rush Copley Medical Center, along with a supervisory role in the United States Air Force. Gena holds a Master of Science in Health/Health Care Administration from Trident University International and a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Clinical Psychology from the University of Illinois Chicago.
