Jim Wang

Jim Wang is an experienced growth professional currently serving as VP of Growth at Ro since January 2019, focusing on user acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and growth analytics. Previously, Jim held various leadership positions at Rent The Runway from June 2017 to January 2019, including Senior Director of Growth, where oversight of the performance marketing team was essential to scaling media buying in-house and introducing new paid channels. Prior to this, Jim was a Senior Manager of Search Marketing at Labelium from August 2013 to June 2017, leading media buying and marketing operations for key accounts while implementing ad automation and data pipelines. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Information Science from Cornell University, along with a High School Diploma from Stuyvesant High School.
