Julia Kato

Julia Kato is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and human resources operations. Currently serving as Vice President of People Experience & Operations at Ro, Julia has held various senior leadership roles, including Sr. Director of People and Sr. Director of People Operations. Prior to their tenure at Ro, Julia worked at Packable and Tory Burch, focusing on HR operations, analytics, and talent management. Julia's career began at Anheuser-Busch, where responsibilities included managing talent management activities and overseeing HR functions for a large employee base. Julia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Managerial Economics from UC Santa Barbara and a Master's in Business Administration from UWF Lewis Bear Jr. College of Business.
