Kayla Cotton

Kayla Cotton is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, advocacy, and community service. Kayla has served as a teacher at Milwaukee Public Schools from January 2023 to September 2024 and currently holds the position of Patient Advocate Lead at Ro since April 2025, following a role as Patient Advocate. Prior experience includes a Community Based Learning Intern at the Morgridge Center for Public Service, a role at Redi Reg Wisconsin, and a position as Social Media Manager for the University of Wisconsin-Madison Black Student Union. Additional experience includes working as a Medical Scribe at Madison Medical Affiliates from January to October 2022. Kayla holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned between 2017 and 2021.
