Lauren Broffman

Lauren Broffman, PhD, is an accomplished professional in the fields of health policy and clinical research, currently serving as the Director of Real World Evidence and previously as the Director of Clinical Research at Ro since June 2019. Lauren's extensive experience includes roles at Providence Health & Services from November 2009 to August 2018, where positions ranged from Associate Research Scientist to Research Analyst. Additionally, Lauren contributed to research on Accountable Care Organizations at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in 2013-2014 and worked as a Qualitative Research Manager at Global Strategy Group from August 2008 to August 2009. Educational background includes a PhD in Health Policy and Management from NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, and a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from New York University.
