Lauren Roberts

Lauren Roberts is currently the Director of Recruiting and Talent Operations at Ro, having previously worked as the Senior Recruiter at The Muse and the Global Manager of Client Success at Artnet. Lauren has extensive experience in managing and mentoring teams, overseeing full-cycle recruiting, and building successful client relationships. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the School of Visual Arts and an Associate of Arts degree from Raritan Valley Community College, Lauren brings a creative and strategic approach to their work in talent acquisition and client services.
