Lauren Roberts is the Director of Recruiting & Talent Operations at Ro. Lauren has over five years of experience in recruiting and talent management. Prior to joining Ro, Lauren was a Senior Recruiter at The Muse, where they managed a team of 7 client services representatives in the New York office. Lauren is a highly motivated individual with a passion for helping others reach their full potential. Lauren is committed to building a strong team and creating an inclusive culture at Ro.

After completing their BFA at the School of Visual Arts, Lauren Roberts pursued an Associate of Arts in Graphic Design and Visual Arts from Raritan Valley Community College. Lauren also holds a certification in Talent Sourcing from LinkedIn.

They are on a team with and Lillian Landrum - Senior Director of Recruiting. Lauren Roberts reports to Amy Vezzetti, Chief People Officer.
