Meg Graves

Meg Graves is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, human resources, and herbalism. Currently serving as the Senior Executive Assistant to the Operations, Legal, and People Teams at Ro since August 2021, Meg also owns Maeven Herbs, focusing on sustainable and ethically sourced herbal body care and botanical dyes. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Erika Bloom Pilates, where Meg facilitated the transition to a digital studio during the pandemic, and Human Resources Manager at Scarlet Sage Herb Co., where documentation for HR and operations was established during rapid growth. Additional experience includes serving as a Human Resources Consultant at FreeGulliver LLC and managing HR functions at CivicSource. Meg began the career managing schedules and training at Earthsavers, Inc. and has also worked as a postpartum doula. Meg holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Tulane University and certifications in holistic healthcare, clinical nutrition, and herbalism.
