Shelly Kane

Senior Manager, Voice Of Patient

Shelly Kane is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Voice of Customer (VoC) and market research. Currently serving as Senior Manager, Voice of Patient at Ro since September 2025, Shelly previously held the position of Sr Program Manager, Voice of the Customer at Chewy in 2025. From 2020 to 2025, Shelly was Sr Program Manager for VoC Insights and Customer Experience at iRobot, where key accomplishments included establishing the first Global VoC Program.
