Wes Bernick

Wes Bernick is a multidisciplinary Creative Director and Motion Design Lead with over 16 years of experience, currently serving as the Lead Motion Designer at Ro, where they guide the creative development of motion identity. Wes has collaborated with notable brands including McDonald’s, Disney, and Nike, showcasing a talent for aligning creative vision with business goals. Their prior roles include Digital Producer at Discovery Channel and Post Production Lead at Sprout Social, where they led various creative teams in delivering high-impact campaigns and content. Wes holds a BFA in Time Based Media Studies from Columbus College of Art & Design, and has also contributed as an Adjunct Faculty member, developing a video production degree program.
