Zach Dubrof is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and investment banking. Currently serving as Senior Director of FP&A at Ro since August 2020, Zach has held various FP&A positions within the company, including Director, Associate Director, and Senior Manager. Prior to Ro, Zach worked at SmileDirectClub as Senior Manager of FP&A and at NexPhase Capital, LP as a Private Equity Associate. Earlier in the career, Zach gained valuable experience as an Investment Banking Analyst in Mergers & Acquisitions at Jefferies, following a summer internship in the same field. Zach holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from Vanderbilt University and has studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science. Zach is a graduate of Alamo Heights High School.
