Guillermo Gard is an experienced professional in customer support and sales, currently serving as Team Lead Customer Support at Road since March 2023, after previously holding the position of Senior Customer Support Specialist. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Sales Account Manager and Account Manager at Werkspot from September 2016 to May 2023, focusing on both outbound and inbound sales of subscriptions. Guillermo co-founded Gorealya VOF in April 2011, a clothing brand started by three students in Amsterdam, and has also worked in various marketing and sales support positions, including at LexisNexis and as a telemarketer. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and an Honours program in Leadership in Sales from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, along with a Diploma in Retail Entrepreneurship.
