Michael Donat

Michael Donat has extensive experience in engineering leadership, currently serving as VP Engineering at Road since July 2022 and previously holding the same title at WorldRemit and Utility Warehouse. At Utility Warehouse, Michael focused on establishing a scalable engineering management function and successfully built a 100-strong product team during a digital transformation. Earlier roles include Head of Engineering at Moni Technologies Ltd, where Michael developed a money transferring platform from scratch, and a Software Architect at Informa Plc, responsible for integrating and upgrading an e-learning platform. With a background that includes senior development roles and expertise in system architecture, Michael has consistently contributed to enhancing engineering teams and processes across various organizations.
