Michael Parker

Michael Parker has held various roles in the corporate sector since 1994. Michael began their career as a PR Officer at Schreiber Public Relations in 1994, followed by a role as a Marketing Analyst and Consultant at TBOi Knowledgebank in 1997. In 1999, they became a Consultant and Director at Hibridge Pty Ltd, and in 2001, they were appointed Senior Consultant and Country Manager at NMG Consulting. In 2005, they became Chief Marketing Officer and VP, Head of Bancassurance & International Retirement Services at AIA. In 2011, they were appointed Chief Executive Officer and Chief Development Officer at DirectAsia.com. In 2016, they were appointed General Manager, Thailand, President & CEO Manulife Insurance (Thailand) at Manulife, and Director (Chairman), Manulife Asset Management (Thailand) at Manulife Investment Management. Most recently, in 2021, they became Co-Founder & CEO of ROADBOOK.

Michael Parker attended RMIT University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a BA in Public Relations. In 2006, they attended the Life Management Institute and obtained an ALMI. In 2009, they completed the Director Certification Program at the Institute of Directors.
