Samer Hamade

Samer Hamade currently serves as Vice President of Operations and General Counsel at RoadEx since May 2020, and has been the General Counsel at Flat Rate Funding Group since March 2020. Samer holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, both from Wayne State University. Additionally, Samer earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Wayne State University Law School.
