Prior to Instacart, VeLisa spent nearly two decades at State Farm ®, progressing from Operations Recruiter to Learning & Development Delivery Manager, where significant achievements included increasing mentoring participation by 500% and enhancing recruitment competitiveness. VeLisa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Clark Atlanta University.
