Casey D. has a diverse range of experience in customer service, public relations, and content design. Currently serving as an Enterprise Service Representative II at RoadRunner Recycling since July 2021, and previously as a Customer Success Representative, Casey has demonstrated strong communication skills. At SEPHORA from August 2020 to July 2021, Casey worked in Merchandising and Operations. As a freelance Content Designer from March 2015 to May 2020, Casey created brand identities for small businesses, developing websites and social media platforms. During a Public Relations Practicum at Point Park University in early 2019, Casey managed the I Heart Point Park Campaign's social media efforts, successfully raising $60,000 in one week. Additional roles include Booking Assistant at The Concert Manager and Intern at SuperMonkey Recording, as well as the founding of Save Our Salem, an organization aimed at educating the community on natural gas safety. Casey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Point Park University.
