Roads & Kingdoms was launched in 2012 as a next-generation travel, food, and journalism platform. Together with investors and partners like the late Anthony Bourdain and our newest partner José Andrés, we have garnered some of the highest awards in the industry: National Magazine Award, a primetime Emmy, multiple James Beard awards.

In recent years, we’ve launched two new projects that aim to bring old-time readers and newfound fans deeper into the world of Roads & Kingdoms.

Through The League of Travelers, we offer some of the world’s most connected small-group culinary journeys led by chefs, writers, producers, and raconteurs. And through R&K Insiders, we’re extending our storytelling far beyond the bounds of this website—with a new print magazine, twice-weekly travel intel from our correspondents around the world, and a series of dinners built to directly challenge the threats facing the people that feed us.
