Randy Stern

Randy Stern has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Randy is currently working as the Chief Operating Officer at Roadside Protect, Inc. and also holds the position of Vice President Client Services and Analytics at the same company. Prior to this, Randy worked as the Director of Workforce, Planning and Analytics at Cinch Home Services from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they were the Director of Workforce Management at Kemper from 2017 to 2019. From 2016 to 2017, Randy served as the Director Operations, Planning and Analytics at Agero, Inc., where they were responsible for managing over 3,000 seats in 9 contact centers. Randy made significant improvements in financial forecasting models, software solutions, and call-routing, resulting in staffing efficiency and cost savings. Randy also worked at Allstate from 2010 to 2016, where they started as a Senior Relationship Manager and was later promoted to Director. Randy collaborated with GM Senior Leadership to enhance processes and scripting for the GM Roadside contact centers. During their time at AT&T from 1999 to 2010, Randy held various roles including Area Manager Work Force Management and Call Center Operations, Senior Analysis Manager, Senior Analysis and Project Manager, and Workforce Management. Randy was responsible for financial planning, staffing, program analysis, and implementing new processes across multiple areas. Randy began their career at Willamette Industries as a Supervisor, Quality Control Manager, and Real-Time Reporting Administrator, and worked at Meldisco as a Department Manager. Throughout their career, Randy has demonstrated expertise in workforce management, analytics, operations planning, and process improvement.

Randy Stern's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and Programming from American InterContinental University, which they obtained from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned an Associates degree in Business Administration from the same institution, attending from 2004 to 2005. Additionally, in 1987 to 1988, Randy pursued a Bachelor's degree in Supervisory Management from Aurora University, with an emphasis on Information Technology from AIU and Business Administration from AIU as well.
