Jasper Kapper

Jasper Kapper is the CEO and Founder of RoadSoft, a company dedicated to providing European logistic firms with online tachograph software to ensure full compliance. Since founding RoadSoft Russia, the first supplier of tachograph software in the Russian market, Jasper established a reseller network of over 400 companies across the region. In addition to current involvement with the Confederation of Organisations in Road Transport Enforcement (CORTE), Jasper holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business & Management from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from the University of Macau.
