Marcy Schwab is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in consulting, executive coaching, and leadership advisory services. As President of Inspired Leadership, LLC since April 2012, Marcy has worked with a diverse array of clients, including Fortune 500 companies and various levels of startups, as well as federal, state, and local agencies, and not-for-profits. Marcy serves as an Advisory Board Member and Strategic Consultant at the VC-backed FinTech startup RoadSync and at Arena, an early-stage FinTech company connecting small businesses with vetted CFOs. Additional roles include Executive Coach and Facilitator at The Nebo Company, Board Member at BM Technologies, Inc., and Founding Guide at Chief. Previous positions include Chief of Staff to the CEO at The Reserve Trust Company, Vice President of Retail Banking at Sallie Mae, and Senior Vice President at Capital One.
