Tyler Hastings

Tyler Hastings is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and management roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at RoadSync since September 2025, Tyler previously held the same title at DemandScience, where leadership was exercised over a 35-person engineering team following a merger with Terminus Software. Key achievements include the unification of data architecture and the oversight of core platform services. Prior to DemandScience, Tyler spent over eight years at Terminus in various engineering leadership roles, contributing to scalable platform development and application functionality. Tyler began a career in software development at MerchLogix and Verizon Wireless, complementing formal education with a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
