Michael Larson

Michael Larson has two decades of experience in collaborating with boards, executive teams, and operational groups to foster people-centered systems that are strategically focused and compassionate in decision-making. They have served in various roles, including Vice President of Sales Operations at iA American Warranty Group and Director of Project Management at RoadVantage, where they drive projects aimed at improving client and employee experiences. They previously held positions such as Director of Advancement at The Fay School and Content Strategist at Blank Page, LLC. Michael also worked as an adjunct instructor at Rice University and Independent School Management, sharing their expertise in development and management. They earned a Master’s Degree in Human Dimensions of Organizations from The University of Texas at Austin.
