Founded in 1977, as painting contractors, Essex based Roalco has evolved entirely  through organic growth, into a major provider of building maintenance services for the social housing sector,  with a direct workforce. Roalco’s team of 200 employees now carries out 7000 repairs a month, and refurbish in the region of 3000 Void properties every year. 
Roalco’s services include Planned & Cyclical Maintenance, Disabled adaptations, Decent Homes works and a full Response Repair Service with out of hours and emergency response teams.
The company has its headquarters in Ardleigh, Essex with regional centres in Colchester, Norfolk (Norwich), Cambridgeshire (Cambridge), Kent(Maidstone), Greater London and South Wales (Barry).
