Avtar Singh has a diverse and extensive work experience. avtar currently holds the position of Senior Director of Engineering & Chief Architect at Roambee since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Innovation and Platform Engineering at WAISL Limited from December 2020 to April 2023. Avtar also worked as the Vice President of Products at Scintel Technologies, Inc. from April 2017 to November 2020. Before that, they founded Avisun in 2010 and served as the Founder and VP/Engg, Deep Blue Analytics. avtar was also one of the three key architects of Prophesy in Deep Blue Analytics. Avtar founded Rocker Technologies in 2007, where they worked on an innovative consumer electronic device. avtar also worked as a Software Architect at Quark Software Inc. from May 2001 to July 2006 and as a Sr Software Engineer at LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech from September 1996 to May 2001.

Avtar Singh completed a MicroMasters degree in Data, Economics, and Development Policy from MITx Courses in 2020. Prior to that, they pursued Executive Education in Management of Technology Ventures in 2006-2007. Avtar Singh's undergraduate education was at GITAM Deemed University from 1992-1996, where they earned a B.Tech. degree in Computer Science and Engineering.
