Michael H. has extensive experience in logistics and customer operations, currently serving as the Customer Operations Manager and Team Lead Manager at ROAR Logistics since February 2018, where responsibilities include training, mentoring, and leading the Midwest Truckload division. Prior to this, Michael worked at FedEx Freight from August 2012 to February 2017 in roles including Freight Broker and Dockworker. Michael holds an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Erie Community College, earned between 2010 and 2012.
