Brandon Y.

Brandon Y. began their career in 2007 as a Web Developer at Arts & Services for Disabled, Inc. In 2008, they joined Transit Air Cargo as a Systems Administrator. In 2010, they moved to Direct Advertising Response Inc. as a Systems Administrator/Engineer. In 2013, they became the Director of Information Technology & Design at Active Sign Innovations, where they were also a System Engineer. In 2016, they began working as an IT Manager for Kaenon. In 2017, they became an IT Manager for both Roark and melin. Since 2015, they have been the Director of IT at OluKai, where they have also held roles as a Sr. IT Manager and IT Systems Specialist. In these roles, Brandon has overseen Programming, Help Desk, Systems Administrators, transitioned strategies from on premise to secure cloud, found and negotiated new systems and accompanying contracts, increased employee awareness of latest threat vectors through training programs, and managed and maintained systems, networks, and software for all employees.

Brandon Y. attended Chapman University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science. Brandon is also a member of IEEE. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA in September 2021, Security + from CompTIA in January 2015, Cisco CCENT from Cisco in August 2014, and CISSP from (ISC)².
