Jason Steris is an experienced executive currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Roark since December 2023 and co-founding RESINTANK in August 2017, a business development and solutions platform focused on driving growth for innovative brands. Previously, Jason held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Troy Lee Designs from September 2018 to August 2023 and spent over two decades at VOLCOM, culminating in the role of Global Chief Executive Officer. Throughout his career, Jason has demonstrated a strong ability to lead organizational transformations, drive strategic initiatives, and foster operational growth across various roles, including Chief Operating Officer, Global President & Chief Operating Officer, and National Sales Manager. Jason began the career in sales and management at Laguna Surf and Sport, Inc. before furthering education at Santa Barbara City College and Saddleback College.
