Meredith Pollock

Meredith Pollock is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and mental health. Currently serving as the owner of Roast Coffee Co. since September 2017, Meredith previously held the position of assistant manager at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. from September 2008 to September 2018. Earlier career experience includes a role as a mental health therapist at South Jersey Behavioral Health Resources from 2002 to 2006. Meredith Pollock holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Chestnut Hill College and has also pursued education at Drexel University.
