Ben Ford is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Rob-See-Co, a position held since 2025. They previously served as a Syngenta Fellow and the Head of Corn Breeding for North America from 2024 to 2025. From 2005 to 2017, Ben led a corn breeding scientist team and global projects at Syngenta, while also managing a corn breeding program. Prior to that, they worked as a Station Manager and Corn Breeder at JC Robinson Seeds from 2001 to 2005. Ben holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural and Horticultural Plant Breeding from Iowa State University and a Bachelor of Science in Agronomy and Crop Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
