Applied Researcher and Algorithm Developer at Robart

David Conti has worked in various roles since 2007. In 2007, they worked as a Research and Teaching Assistant at The University of Kansas, where they conducted research in Commutative Algebra and taught Calculus for Engineers. From 2008 to 2013, they worked at UCD Maths Support Centre as a Tutor, Doctoral Researcher and Teaching Assistant. During this time, they delivered tailored tutorials on a broad variety of mathematical subjects to students, organized and managed tutoring groups, developed research projects, collaborated with international leading experts, reported and published research work, gave talks at international conferences and institutions, and reviewed recent and new scientific work. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Télécom ParisTech & SmartEN European Project (Marie Curie Initial Training Network), where they trained and researched in Engineering Mathematics for Wireless Communications and performed and analyzed computer simulations of novel mathematical wireless communication schemes. David Conti completed their high school education at Liceo Scientifico \"E. Medi\", Senigallia, Italy from 1995 to 2000. David then went on to pursue a BSc & MSc in Mathematics from Università di Pisa from 2000 to 2006. After that, they completed further postgraduate education in Mathematics at The University of Kansas in 2007. Finally, they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mathematics from University College Dublin from 2008 to 2012.
