Lacey Jerabek

Lacey Jerabek, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at TC Transcontinental since May 2018, Lacey previously held a similar position at Coveris Group from November 2012 to May 2018, along with roles as Human Resources Representative. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Human Resources Manager at Cascades Tissue Group - Wisconsin, where involvement in an HR training program helped develop skills for future leadership roles. Lacey began a career in HR with an internship that provided exposure to key HR functions, including worker's compensation and new hire orientation, after earning a BA in Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Early work experience includes a summer position at Georgia-Pacific LLC, gaining insight into the perspective of hourly employees.
