Philippe Charbonneau

Philippe Charbonneau, CFA, CPA, is currently the Director of Corporate Development at TC Transcontinental, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Philippe was the Director of Finance at BeLocum and an Associate in Corporate Development at GardaWorld from 2021 to 2024. They began their career at PwC as a Summer Intern in Audit in 2016 and later worked as a Senior Associate in Audit, before gaining experience at Deloitte as a Senior Associate in M&A Corporate Finance. Philippe holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from McGill University and a Diplôme d'Études Supérieures Spécialisées in Professional Accounting from HEC Montréal.
