Yan Lapointe, CFA, CPA, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Director of Investor Relations and Treasury at TC Transcontinental since May 2019, having previously held the position of Director, Investor Relations. Yan's prior experience includes roles such as Board Observer at Stratuscent Inc. and Senior Director of Fund Investments and Venture Capital at Investissement Québec, where complex investments were analyzed and executed with a focus on disruptive technologies. Yan's career at Bombardier spanned over 13 years, including roles as Manager of Investor Relations, where an award-winning investor communications program was developed, and as Senior Auditor, which involved overseeing internal audits and risk management processes. Yan holds an MBA in Finance from HEC Montréal, a BBA in Finance, and has further education in Artificial Intelligence in Finance from the CFTE.
