Leonardo Moura

Leonardo Moura, CFA, is the CEO and Founder of Robbin, a role they have held since 2023. They previously served as Partner & Director, Investment Banking at XP Inc. from 2019 to 2022, and as Partner, Head of Syndicate & Intl Debt Origination there. Earlier in their career, they worked in Fixed Income Structuring & Sales at Itaú BBA in Europe (2015–2017) and at Itaú BBA (2011–2015). In education, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at Universidade de Pernambuco. They also earned a Bachelor in Economics from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (2005–2010) and completed exchange programs at Universidad de Alcalá (2009) and Universidad de Salamanca (2009–2010).
