Dave van Brecht

Dave van Brecht has a diverse work experience that spans several companies. In 2014, they worked as a Research Assistant at Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam. From 2014 to 2016, they served as a Quantitative Credit Analyst at Open Source Investor Services B.V. (OSIS). Since 2016, Dave has been working at Robeco as a Portfolio Manager - Insurance & Pension Solutions. In this role, they manage fully customized client-driven solutions for insurers and pension funds across various asset classes. Dave focuses on optimizing client portfolios based on risk, return, regulation, and sustainability considerations. Dave is dedicated to translating clients' investment objectives into customized investment solutions by utilizing Robeco's full intellectual property.

Dave van Brecht attended Erasmus University Rotterdam from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Economics & Business Economics. In 2010, they also participated in an exchange program at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, focusing on the field of study of Minor Econometrics. Dave continued their education at Erasmus University Rotterdam from 2012 to 2014, earning a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Financial Economics. In addition, during the same time period, they pursued another Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Behavioral (Finance) Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
