Glenn Augusta

Glenn Augusta has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Glenn currently works at Robeco as a Business Analyst/Product Owner, where they are involved in building a new platform for operations oversight. Their responsibilities include monitoring service providers' quality and focusing on the delivery of the IBOR. Additionally, Glenn has previously worked at Robeco as a Business Analyst/Product Owner, where they were involved in building a system for processing cashflows for mandates. Glenn was responsible for implementing the frontend using Vue.js and the backend using Microsoft SQL Server and Mulesoft. Prior to that, Glenn worked as a Change Consultant at Robeco, where they were involved in the outsourcing of various back-office activities to JPMorgan and the migration of Fund Accounting and Mid Office. Before joining Robeco, Glenn worked as a Change Consultant and Business Analyst at Robeco, where they were involved in the implementation of Fund Accounting in Simcorp Dimension and the replacement of a legacy system with Dimension. Glenn also worked as a Business Consultant, responsible for outsourcing maintenance on the main back-office system. In addition to their experience at Robeco, Glenn has worked at Innovity B.V. and Innovity BV (Ordina) as an Oracle specialist, and at Roccade Finance as a Functional Tester and IT Trainee.

Glenn Augusta began their education journey in 1980 at Radulphus College, where they studied without any specified degree or field of study. After completing their studies at Radulphus College in 1986, they enrolled at Eindhoven University of Technology. During this period from 1986 to 1992, Glenn pursued a degree in Technische Informatica and was awarded an "Ir" degree upon graduation.
