Johan Sturm

Johan Sturm has extensive experience in information security and business continuity management, currently serving as the Head of Digital Policy & Resilience, Executive Director, and Chief Information Security Officer at Robeco since January 2010. Johan has held various leadership roles within the organization, including Head of Continuity & Stability and Manager of Security and Change Management, while also being a member of the Management Team of Group Information Services. Prior to Robeco, Johan worked as a Lecturer in IT-Auditing at TIAS School for Business and Society and served as a Principal Consultant at Atos Consulting, specializing in IT assessments and compliance. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Senior IT Auditor at Ernst & Young and as a System Administrator at Pink Elephant. Johan holds a postgraduate degree in IT Auditing from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and has completed various advanced training programs.
