Rob Matthijssen

Rob Matthijssen has a strong background in IT management and project leadership. Rob started their career as a system engineer at Robeco in 1998 and worked their way up to become a senior program manager and manager of infrastructure projects. Rob has extensive experience in IT outsourcing and transformation projects, as well as expertise in bridging the gap between IT and business strategies. Rob also served as an enterprise architect within Group Information Services at Robeco. Prior to their time at Robeco, Rob worked at Ericsson as an engineer and consultant.

Rob Matthijssen earned their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree from Avans University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 1986 to 1991. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster from ScrumAlliance in February 2012.
