Rob Radelaar

Client Portfolio Manager at Robeco

Rob Radelaar has extensive experience in the investment management industry. Rob started their career at Oyens & Van Eeghen N.V. as an Investment Manager from 1992 to 1994. Rob then moved on to MeesPierson Capital Management, where they worked as a Portfolio Manager for European Small Cap Equity from 1995 to 1996. In 1997, they joined Aegon as a Senior Portfolio Manager for European Equity, a role they held until 2000. Following this, they worked at Robeco as a Senior Portfolio Manager for European & EAFE Equity from 2001 to 2007. Rob then joined NN Investment Partners (formerly known as ING Investment Management) in 2007 as the Head of Core Equity & Senior Investment Manager for European Equity, a position they held until 2015. Currently, they are serving as a Client Portfolio Manager at Robeco since 2016.

Rob Radelaar completed their Doctorandus (Masters) in Quantitative Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam from 1985 to 1990. Rob obtained a Certified European Financial Analyst degree from VBA between 1993 and 1996. In 2000, they attended the Investment Management Workshop at Princeton University, focusing on the field of study offered by the CFA Institute. In 2015 and 2016, they enrolled in the Private Wealth Management Program at Nyenrode Business University. Most recently, in 2021, Rob completed the Business Sustainability Management Course at the Institute for Sustainability Leadership at the University of Cambridge.
