Sara Moore, CAIA, currently serves as the Director of Global Consultant Relations at Robeco, a role they began in 2025. From 2021 to 2023, they worked at Aon as a Senior Consultant focusing on manager research and ESG strategies for fixed income, after initially expanding Aon's research capabilities in Europe as a Consultant. Sara's earlier experience includes positions as an Operations and Due Diligence Analyst at TARCHON CAPITAL SERVICES LIMITED and as a Senior Analyst specializing in hedge funds research at Close Brothers Asset Management. Sara holds a BSc (Hons) degree in International Management and Modern Languages from the University of Bath, completed in 2007.
