Weili Zhou

Weili Zhou has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Weili started their career in 2002 as a Financial Correspondent at China Central Television. In 2006, they joined Robeco as a Quant Researcher and worked their way up to become the Head of Quant Equity Research. Weili also served as the Deputy Head of Quant Equity Research and was a member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee at Robeco. Additionally, Weili Zhou has lectured at Erasmus University Rotterdam and Tilburg University as a Guest Lecturer.

Weili Zhou has an extensive education history. In 2017, they attended MIT Sloan Executive Education where they focused on Leadership: Driving strategic innovation. Prior to that, in 2014, they completed Executive Performance Training (EPT). Weili Zhou also holds a CFA designation from the CFA Institute. Weili pursued their Master of Science degree in Econometrics Quantitative Finance at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Before that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Fudan University.
