Wouter de Jonge has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Wouter started their career with an internship at Docdata Logistics in 2006 and then worked on a graduation project at IFN Finance in 2007. Later that year, they joined ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as a Consultant Sector Advisory. In 2011, they joined KAS BANK as a Management Trainee and went on to work as a Product Marketeer and eventually became the Marketing Manager. In 2014, Wouter moved to Stichting Pensioenfonds van de KAS BANK where they served as a member of the Communication Committee until 2019. Wouter'smost recent position is at Robeco as a Strategic Marketing Manager, which they started in November 2019.

Wouter de Jonge's education history includes a combination of both academic degrees and professional certifications. Wouter completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Administration and Management at Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen from 2002 to 2007.
