John Capik

John Capik is currently the Maintenance Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Robern, a Kohler company. They previously served as Maintenance Engineering Manager at Silgan Plastics, where they oversaw building systems and led a team of 20 employees to enhance maintenance operations. Prior to that, John worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at both Toll Brothers and OmniMed, focusing on machinery and process improvements, and began their career as a Machine Operator at Antiquity Stone. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Pennsylvania College of Technology, earned in 2015.
