Robert Bryden is the original Bryden Lawyer. After 35 years in the industry, and 32,205 cases, Robert proudly holds a 98% success record (with 90% settled before having to reach court). This achievement was central to the success of Bryden Lawyers, which Robert founded with other partners in 1996.

After a short sabbatical, Robert opened the doors to his new family-owned practice, Robert Bryden Lawyers, in 2017. His time away from the industry saw him realize that Australia’s law firms weren’t giving Australians the personal attention they deserve. A problem Robert wants to fix. 

Robert is driven by the belief that everyone can flourish when they know they can take control. He’s seen first hand the difference compensation can make, and when people experience setbacks Robert is there to give control back to people.
