Robert Goddard was founded in 1895 by George Goddard, Robert’s grandfather. Service, selection and quality were the core three principles set out by the founder and these remain at the heart of the business today.
The business was acquired by the current owner Oliver Tookman in 2008, when it had 2 stores in Wisbech and Spalding. Keen to attract a new generation of shoppers, Oliver and his team began compiling a selection of the world’s leading designer brands including Armani, Hugo Boss, Gant, Ted Baker and many more, all housed under one roof and delivered with outstanding service.
The dedicated team at Robert Goddard worked tirelessly to build a successful business with a bright future and ten years on, the company has eight stores across Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire and Northamptonshire, and a growing online presence.
