Max Young

Max Young is currently the Practice Director for Finance & Accounting - Permanent Placement at Robert Half, where they lead full-cycle recruitment for diverse industries, from entry-level to C-suite positions. Prior to this, from 2012 to 2014, Max served as an Assurance Senior at Ernst & Young, contributing to assurance engagements with a focus on hedge funds and private equity while utilizing their expertise in data analysis and GAAP principles. Max earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting and Psychology from UCSB, where they studied from 2008 to 2012.
