Stephen Mill

Stephen Mill serves as President of Robert Half Executive Search, overseeing its retained search division across multiple Canadian cities since September 2014. Additionally, Stephen holds positions as a Human Capital Policy Member at the C.D. Howe Institute and as a Board Member at Northern Green Canada, both since 2023 and 2018 respectively. Prior roles include President of Inteqna from September 2012 to March 2014, Country Leader for Canada at Futurestep, A Korn/Ferry Company from June 2005 to September 2010, and Senior Regional Vice President at Robert Half International from November 1996 to May 2005.
