Will Stead is currently a Talent Director at Robert Half Technology, specializing in tech recruitment for start-ups and SMEs across London. With a background in talent solutions management and extensive experience in the music industry, they have a strong understanding of the local market and advocate for inclusive hiring practices. Will has previously held roles at Universal Music Group and PRS for Music, where they managed various aspects of live events and A&R processes. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music Technology and Popular Music from The University of Huddersfield. Outside of work, Will enjoys listening to music, supporting Bradford City, and spending time with their child.
